In order to examine the effects of weekly repetitions of a prescribed training menu for 14 weeks on the physical abilities of elderly people in a gymnastics class for elderly people living in the community, a total of 8 records including 5-meter walk, functional reach, time up and go, etc. were compared before and after the intervention. The results showed significant improvements in open-eye one-legged standing, functional reach, 5-meter walk, and tandem walk, suggesting that a weekly exercise class for the elderly may help promote care prevention.
