There is a limit to cleanliness alone, and it is necessary to connect it to diagnosis and treatment. On the other hand, less than 40% of the subjects experienced more severe paramenopausal symptoms or menopausal symptoms than usual. In addition to supporting daily self-care, health guidance according to symptoms is required.
