This research clarifies the actual situation of children and students who are enrolled in ordinary classes and needs educational support, and proposes specific support methods. For the first time in Tokyo, we conducted a comprehensive survey of about 2,000 public elementary and junior high schools in Tokyo and about 750,000 people, and clarified the actual situation. As a result, the actual situation of Tokyo was 4.4%, while the actual situation of the country was 6.3%, and the situation of duplication of LD and ADHD was also clarified. We analyzed the relationship between these actual conditions and the content of learning. On the other hand, we conducted a sampling survey on the promotion status of special education and clarified the status.
