Japanese employees’conflict resolution and determinants in multicultural business environment : focusing on working value and working awareness for foreign employees

In this study, we investigated the relationship between work values and Japanese employees' attitudes toward working with foreigners and conflict resolution strategies in multicultural work situations among Japanese employees who work with foreigners in Japanese companies.
