Summary

Conditioning methods using naps were examined from the perspective of preventing sleepiness due to biological rhythms and post-exercise recovery. The results showed that executive function improved regardless of the length of the nap, and that a 90-minute nap was effective in activating more complex executive functions and the left and right prefrontal cortices during executive function tasks.
