Napping has been reported to be effective in preventing and improving daytime sleepiness. However, the effects of napping on various exercise performances have not been fully investigated. Therefore, we examined the effects of napping on exercise performance in seven healthy adult male subjects. As a result, it was confirmed that a 30-minute nap could improve performance in dart throwing (accuracy of movement).
