Sayaka Aritake-Okada, Kosuke Tanabe, Yoshiko Mochizuki, Ryuji Ochiai, Masanobu Hibi, Kazuya Kozuma, Yoshihisa Katsuragi, Masashi Ganeko, Noriko Takeda, Sunao Uchida Exercise has been reported to increase slow-wave sleep and prolong objective sleep duration. However, it has not been fully clarified what elements of exercise influence sleep. In this study, therefore, we examined the sleep structure at night, changes in deep body and skin temperatures before and during sleep, and subjective assessments before and after sleep by repeated moderate-intensity aerobic exercise with a focus on the amount of exercise.
