An urbanized living environment with only flat support surfaces may impair the adaptability of children's sensory integration function in standing control. Therefore, we tested the hypothesis that the adaptability of sensory integration function in children's standing control would be improved through long-term residential camps in which the living situation is relocated to an environment rich in nature.
