Kosuke Tanabe, Shingo Noi The effects of napping on performance were examined in five healthy university students (four males and one female) under two conditions: a 30-minute nap from 13:30 (nap condition) and a 30-minute stay in a resting sitting position (control condition). The results showed that a 30-minute nap improved center-of-gravity sway (total trajectory length and rectangular area) during eye closure.
