A morning/evening questionnaire and various lifestyle status questionnaires were administered to examine lifestyle factors related to children's morning/evening patterns. Compared to nighttime types, morning types took significantly more steps to get to the morning meeting and spent significantly more time out of the house from the time they woke up to the time of lunch break.
