Current status of Gen Z nursing students and teaching challenges in clinical training - Focus on practical training instructors -

Regarding the current situation of Generation Z nursing students in clinical training, we conducted interviews with three clinical training instructors working at hospitals, and the results of an inductive analysis suggested that they need to develop interpersonal relationship formation skills.
