This study reported on the psychological support provided to the Nippon Sport Science University Cycling Club. The Cycling Club has 25 members, and this time we focused on the psychological conditioning worksheet that was implemented at a seminar in 2015. The worksheet set the period until the competition, and asked participants to enter their ideal and actual training amounts, as well as the intensity of their ideal conditioning from 0% to 100%. As a result, it became clear that the actual training amount was significantly higher than the ideal training amount on the day of the competition and two days before, and that the current system was not able to address this issue.
