This study examined how classroom improvement through the use of ICT affects classroom conditions and how it changes school morale among students. Positive correlations were found between the Classroom Management and Instructional Behavior Scale, the ICT Instructional Skills Checklist, the Self-Rating Scale for Inclusive Instructional Behavior, and the frequency of ICT use. The more balanced the teachers were on the scale of classroom management and instructional behavior, the higher their awareness of the above items was, and the higher their frequency of ICT use was.
