A political study of the designated administrator system in public library management ―A preliminary consideration about the borders of Public-Private Partnership―

Research on the introduction of a designated manager system for public libraries should not only point out the problems that the system poses, but also explore how to control and utilize the system. This paper overviews the system from a political theoretical perspective and clarifies the ambivalence of the system by focusing on the "boundary line" between the public and private sectors.
