it is necessary to Incorporate  new teaching contents, teaching methods and evaluation methods for children  who are educated in elementary and junior high schools at special support school . This paper suggests what kind of perspective should be taken into consideration in creating and changing individual instruction plans from the perspective of individual instruction plans.
