A questionnaire survey was conducted with the aim of clarifying the actual calculation of salt equivalent in employee cafeteria and school lunch facilities. As a result, standardization of the calculation method was found in some facilities, but there was no basis for the standardization method, and it became clear that the calculation method needs to be examined in the future.
