Twenty-eight days of auricular therapy improved ESS-J, BDI-II-J, UWES-SJ, and PSQI-J (sleep quality and daytime dysfunction) scores and reduced LF/HF, a measure of sympathetic nervousness, in the auricular therapy group compared to controls.
