A Study on the Relationship between Objective Evaluation of Joint Instability and Subjective Sense of Instability in Ankle Internal Sprain
Conference Presentation(name) |

The 60th Japanese Society of Physical Fitness Medicine, Okayama, Japan
In competitive sports, internal ankle sprains are the most frequently occurring injury. One of the main functional disorders is joint instability, and ankle instability is an important indicator in functional assessment after sprain. However, in competitive athletes, objectively measured joint instability assessment and subjective symptoms such as instability often do not match. In this study, we investigated the relationship between objectively measured values and subjective instability in physical education students with a history of repetitive ankle internal derangement sprain.
