When it is difficult to understand the inhalation procedure or when the symptoms do not improve, doctors and nurses intervene to provide inhalation guidance using "ACT", and 10 patients have completed the inhalation guidance.
The nurse confirmed the inhalation technique using an inhaler and the ACT score for the subjects, and evaluated using the asthma control progress chart.
As a result, there were many cases of insufficient inhalation input, insufficient breath holding, forgetting to gargle, etc., but re-instruction increased the ACT score and improved the symptoms.
It was suggested that the nurses could individually ask questions and repeat careful guidance to solve the patient's doubts and problems, and to improve the QOL by leading to more reliable practice.
