Infected nails were treated in palmarosa oil and terbinafine hydrochloride diluent at 42 and 27°C for 20 minutes. Comparing the minimum fungicidal concentrations at 42 and 27°C, palmarosa oil showed a difference of 4 times or more, while terbinafine hydrochloride doubled.
