Saito and colleagues' research in each field technical experience values of and future tasks in the practice of the study at our college has revealed both high and low technical items with cumulative frequency. In addition, although this research evaluated the experience values of achievement levels I and II, it was suggested that in the integrated practical training, the experience was expected for techniques of achievement levels III and IV in addition to achievement levels I and II. Therefore, we decided to tally the technical experience values in integrated practice at all stages of achievement levels I to IV, and evaluate them. Since the purpose of integrated training includes enhancement of practical skills and relaxation of post-graduation reality shock, it is speculated that technical experiences in integrated practice can be having an image of nursing work after graduation and relaxation of anxiety to nursing work. Based on the results of the research, the nursing practice is related to the technical experience values in integrated training, and the result has revealed that you can obtain experience values of technology which cannot be experienced by the system of responsibility in each practical training such as infusion control, medication, beded patient care, examination. Since our college has a lot of graduates who have worked at school related facilities, clarifying the degree of technology achievement at the time of graduation can be expected to lead to postgraduate education.
