A literature review of Occupational Therapy in Post-Acute hospital - 43 case studies from 2012 to 2016 -

This paper aims to examine the occupational therapy process in post-acute care in Japan. 
The occupational therapy evaluation used were ROM, sensory test, Br-Stage, or FIM, while the intervention methods were ROM exercise, Basic motion exercise or ADL exercises. A small percentage of the studies focused on IADL functions and training.
