Lack of understanding of low-dose contraceptives (OC) and emergency contraceptives (ECP) and concerns about side effects have been pointed out. A video teaching material was developed to provide young women with knowledge of OC/ECP contraceptive methods. A web survey was conducted one week after viewing by women aged 20 to 34 nationwide, and the videos were evaluated. As a result, it was suggested that the developed video teaching material is a valid teaching material that includes contents that can understand the effects of OC and how to take it, and that it can be used for enlightenment projects for the utilization of OC in the future.
