Student learning and its structure through volunteer experiences at a training school for childcare workers.

By analyzing these findings using the SCAT based on in-class assignments, students will be able to positively perceive children during their volunteer experience, and subsequently become aware of the parenting skills and difficulties of child-rearing that the parents have.
