Care Workers’ Expertise and Issues　
－ Comparison of results and practice from Literature Review －

Care workers are responsible for providing welfare services to users; therefore, examining their expertise is important. This study discusses the neglect of care workers’ expertise under the current policy and the issues in securing care workers and the current long-term care insurance system.
