Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis-associated hepatocarcinogenesis in mice fed a modified choline-deficient, methionine-lowered, L-amino acid-defined diet and the role of signal changes
The authors have established a mouse model of NASH-associated hepatocarcinogenesis using a choline-deficient, methionine-lowered, L-amino acid-defined, high fat diet, and elucidated the participation of the IL-8 signaling in the underlying mechanisms.
