A quantitative survey was conducted and verified to clarify the relationship between external and internal factors that affect the careers of nursing teachers working at nursing colleges and their willingness to continue working. Conclusion: 1 It was found that external career factors have almost no direct effect on teachers' willingness to continue working, but internal career factors do.
