The effect of ALN treatment on the mutant mice recapitulating the “early-onset Paget’s disease of bone due to PFN1 mutation” with twice a week injection of ALN (0.1 mg/kg) showed that 3 weeks of treatment significantly improved systemic bone loss and femoral bone deformity.
