Summary

We analyzed the effects of exercise on macrophage phagocytic responses in the liver of p62KO mice, which are obese and overeating. The results showed that phagocytosis was increased by running exercise in obese mice as well as in healthy mice. In addition, the inflammatory response in the liver was also suppressed.
