The Roles of External Human Resources in Promoting Regional Tourism, and the Need for Studies on Transmission and Diffusion of Their Knowledge/Skills

Studies on designing a scheme in which those external human resources are effectively utilized as well as their knowledge and skills are grasped by the regions for their self-sustenance, i.e., more effective method of transmitting and diffusing those knowledge and skills, are considered very crucial in sustainable vitalization of regional economies through tourism.
