“Designing a gender-aware project framework: the role of time allocation study (TAS) in the development project cycle”

Development projects are often formed without considering the burden of "unpaid work" on women. This paper discusses the possibility of looking at the impact of projects from multiple perspectives by introducing a "living time survey" to quantify "unpaid work".
