The purpose is to clarify the unemployment experience process of middle-aged and elderly men long-term unemployed at a reemployment support company. A semi-structured interview was conducted with 11 middle-aged and elderly male unemployed who have been re-employed for a long time (1 year or more), and a qualitative study was conducted at M-GTA.
