Title

(Peer-reviewed) Development of a Vacuum Collimator for a Silicon Drift Detector and Its Application to Light Element Analysis Under Atmospheric Condition

Bibliography怀Type

Joint Author

Summary

A special collimator was designed and developed to improve sensitivity for light elements in X-ray fluorescence analysis under atmospheric condition. Using 8 keV X-rays from SPring-8, trace impurities contained in Mg and Al at the ppm level can be determined with high sensitivity under atmospheric condition.
