Title

Short-term effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation during resistance training on the spinal reflex circuit

Bibliography怀Type

Joint Author

Summary

Neuromuscular stimulation combined with 2 weeks of resistance training, estimated to have little effect on morphological adaptation, suggested that intrinsic sensory input specific to neomuscular stimulation may suppress excitability of non-contracting muscles via subspinal reflex pathways and supraspinal pathways, and promote excitability of voluntary active muscles.
