Comparison of Muscle Tightness Test and Total Body Endurance Measurement in College Judo Athletes of Men, Women and Class
Conference Presentation(name) |
|
The 10th Congress of the Japanese Society for Athletic Training, Online
There was a difference in joint laxity between the women's and men's lightweight and heavyweight classes, which may have affected the results of the muscle tightness test. Women's performance may have decreased as the duration of the match increased due to lack of endurance. Muscle tightness in the men's weight class was likely to be limited by muscle bulging, but it was considered necessary to pay attention to the decrease in muscle condition.
