We produced a monoclonal antibody capable of detecting plasmin-plasmin inhibitor complex in plasma, investigated its characteristics, and constructed a measurement system using latex agglutination turbidimetry. Although plasma contains a large amount of plasminogen, a precursor with almost the same structure as plasmin, the measurement system used in this study was hardly affected by it.
