This study clarified the factors that motivate people to participate in PV sports viewing, and then examined the factors that influence the motivation to participate in PV. As a result, the motivation to participate in PV sports viewing was composed of five factors: "watching the game," "festival," "TV watching," "learning," and "appreciation."
