We introduced the efforts being made at the teaching practice report meeting in the teacher training course at Teikyo Heisei University Chiba Campus. The main activity is for fourth-year students who have completed their teaching practice to share their experiences and problems they had during their practice with third-year students who will be doing their teaching practice next year. In addition, fourth-year students correct the teaching plans created by third-year students, aiming to improve the quality among students. Many third-year students have expressed positive opinions about being able to hear about the field experiences of fourth-year students.
