At the 2015 Kanto Region Training Session of the Sports Mental Training (SMT) Instructors Association, we reported on the overview and case studies of the psychological support provided at Nippon Sport Science University. We then reported on the psychological support cases at Tokai University, and compared the support systems at Nippon Sport Science University and Tokai University, and held a discussion on how to build a better support system.
