This study explored the flow of intake interviews to connect to psychological support by examining intake items using the schema of senior sports mental training (hereinafter referred to as SMT) instructors. The subjects of the survey were 10 senior SMT instructors, and a semi-structured interview survey was conducted. The results were classified into six categories: "Chief complaint," "Background to consultation," "Relationship to sports," "Psychological support," "Developmental history," and "Characteristics of the subject." Furthermore, senior SMT instructors confirmed the above six categories by creating an environment where subjects could easily speak.
